Return Policy
We take care in how every copy is packed and shipped. If your guidebook arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship the damaged copy back to us — we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement, or a full refund if you'd prefer. All other sales are final. Because this is a personal, single-use guidebook, we're not able to accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect on arrival.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and confirm the damaged copy, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method; your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it.
