We know you have a lot of questions right now.

Select any question to read the answer.

01Is this a replacement for a will or legal advice?

No. This guide helps you organize information and understand the general process — it is not legal, financial, or tax advice. For anything specific to your situation, please consult an attorney, CPA, or financial advisor.

02Who is this guide for?

Anyone stepping in to help after a death — a spouse, an adult child, a close friend, or anyone handling affairs for a loved one who had no partner. You don't need to be the executor to find it useful.

03What if some sections don't apply to me?

That's completely normal. Every section starts on a fresh page so you can skip what doesn't apply and remove the sections you don't need.

04Is there a digital or PDF version?

Not yet — What's Next? is currently available in print only.

05Can I give this as a gift?

Yes. Many people give this to a grieving friend or family member, or to someone who has just become responsible for settling a loved one's affairs. It's meant as a quiet way of saying "I'm here, and you don't have to figure this out alone."

06How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after that.

07What is your return policy?

If your guidebook arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship the damaged copy back to us — we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement, or issue a full refund if you'd prefer. All other sales are final. Because this is a personal, single-use guidebook, we're not able to accept returns for any reason other than damage or defect on arrival.
